I copped out of going to shop call at 8am tomorrow.

I feel a little guilty, but not much.

I don't know if Ian, the shop teacher, believed me when I told him I hadn't been sleeping well and needed all the sleep I could manage.

He said he'd heard that excuse before, but he knows that I've been kind of depressed and emotionally unsteady lately, so it's quite possible he was just saying that for the benefit of the other students presant.

Who knows.

I'm going to try and sleep now.
