I just bought Janette a pair of barely worn Birkenstocks (black, Arizona style, vurry nice) from Ebay.

Shhh.

It came out to be about forty bucks, S&H included, but that's going to be her late birthday/early Christmas presant.

Considering, brand new, they're about $110 (and these *are* brand name, too), I'm not doing too badly. And these ones hadn't even formed to the shape of who ever had worn them once (or twice, or what ever). Good shape. Hopefully they'll be as nice in person.

Her feet hurt her really badly without them, and I know her old pair of Birks are wearing out very, very rapidly.
