Loren is so pretty when he sleeps.

I was watching him a couple nights ago, because I stayed up to read my book.

He frowns a lot when he's awake, not because he's mad, but that's his thinking face. He's gonna get some serious wrinkles on his forehead when he's old and wrinkly.

His face relaxes all gentle-like. It makes me want to jump him. It's hard to describe.

For a while that night he was sleeping with his eyes open. It was freakin' weird. His pupils were all tiny, and they'd roll back in his head, then forwards and back, and so on.

Freakin' weird, I tell you.
