I often wonder whether I'm missing something from not drinking coffee. I don't find that caffeine affects me, but I only drink Coke sometimes, and black tea. I know, I know. Black tea has more caffeine. But it doesn't seem to have any effect. When I'm tired I don't usually drink black tea to wake up (mostly because it doesn't work). I usually just eat something light and fresh (like fruit) or drink something sugary. I never drink energy drinks. Okay, that's a lie. Sometimes I drink Jolt, but I don't find that has any effect on me either. It's more of the idea I like to drink. I'm done now. . Rosie.
