I was thinking today, that is is funny.

It is funny that I will balk at paying $7-$9 for a decent sized wedge of brie at the grocery store.

But then...then I go to Janice Beaton fine cheese shop and drop nine dollars on a sliver of real brie without batting an eyelash.

It must be quality vs. quantity, I think. Some time ago I decided I would rather have a little bit of quality goods than a lot of bad quality goods.
