Do you ever have one of those moments, late at night, when you're watching tv mindlessly on the verge of going to sleep and suddenly this song comes on.

And suddenly you're awake. So very much awake.

And it pulls something inside you that you just can't explain, but you listen so intently with every fibre of your being and it changes you somehow.

And you're now sure how, or why, but you know it's for the better.

And your throat opens, and your heart opens, like you split open at the sternum and are so full of music you aren't sure how to are able to contain it all.

And it's so beautiful.

Male singers tend to do that to me. Just a certain kind of tenor that will pull on my heartstrings and I'll cry without really knowing why.

'You're Still You' by Josh Groban did that to me.

And still does.

He has such an amazing, beautiful voice.

I swear if he cut himself, he'd leak pure, untainted music.
