Isn't it beautiful?

I wish I had the money for that. That's just....beautiful.

It really reminds me of a necklace my mother has (inherited from her grandmother, and eventually it will be passed on to me), except instead of opals it has peridot (which is another of my favorite stones).

I like opal, but not always. Mostly it looks tacky. I think this one looks lovely.

Very old fashioned.

In other news, Candace and I sung Stacey's Mom at karaoke (as badly as I could, because I didn't know it) in rememberance of damned Charlie.

We even air guitared and wagged our tongues whilest on our knees, bent almost all the way backward (like he used to do).

It was good.
