For the past few days I'd been noticing a large coarse hair sticking out of the middle of the largest spine-lump on my neck.

Finally today I pulled out two mirrors and tweezers and got the sucker.

It was one quarter inch, bristly colourless hair.

Why was it growing on my spine?

Why was it colourless? (I'm very dark haired.)

Who knows.

It was definitely strange, though. I hope it doesn't grow back. I felt like I had a mini beard on my neck.

Stupid neckbeards.
