I just drank a glass of milk. My stomach is already reacting to it. DAMN YOU, MILK! In other news, I pulled my wee wheel of gouda out of my makeshift press today. It looks good. It looks better than yesterday. I'm glad I left it in an extra day. It's starting to smell like cheese, instead of cultured milk. It's also gained a pale yellow colour, and has the rubbery feel of cheese. I put it in an unsealed container in the fridge, and intend to flip it every few days. It's supposed to age for twenty-five days. I don't have any cheese wax. That makes me sad. Oh well. There's a place near the city which apparently does. Now I just gotta get out there... . Rosie.
