It makes me all fuzzy inside to see the way people around here come together.

Things that people in big cities wouldn't think twice about.

Like getting a Wal-Mart Superstore. Damn. You shoulda seen the size of some of the protests.

Of course, they would mean nothing to you, but at least once they had to close of the street outside the City Hall.

And that's a pretty damn good turn out.

And with this new thing, about Edwin Raudalas. He's a guy who walked here from Honduras, started working, went to school, applied for refugee status, was denied, and now is being (possibly) deported. Lots of money was raised for him, and there were rallies and protests and petitions and letters written and polititions dragged in...crazy stuff. All over this one little guy. I'd seen him around school before, but never really knew who he was. I kinda thought he was an exchange student.

There was a rally today, at school. Two newspaper reporters, one radio, and one television reporter was there.

Kinda makes ya feel warm and fuzzy inside, the way people take care of each other. ;)

...of course, it could have been that hampster I swallowed earlier...
